Chef Raymond Wesander’s lamb burger:

  • 1 pack of lamb mince (Tamminen organic lamb, 300g)
  • 3/4 dl breadcrumbs
  • 1 sour cream (200g)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • Mediterranean herb mix to taste (2 tsp)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper

In addition

  • Butter for frying
  • Burger buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato


  1. Mix breadcrumbs and sour cream together.
  2. Chop the onion and crush and dice the garlic.
  3. Combine all the ingredients for the meatball dough. You can prepare the dough in advance, even the night before.
  4. Fry the patties in butter and toast the burger buns.
  5. Assemble the meal on a plate.
