Chef Raymond Wesander’s lamb burger:
- 1 pack of lamb mince (Tamminen organic lamb, 300g)
- 3/4 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 sour cream (200g)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg
- Mediterranean herb mix to taste (2 tsp)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
In addition
- Butter for frying
- Burger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Instructions
- Mix breadcrumbs and sour cream together.
- Chop the onion and crush and dice the garlic.
- Combine all the ingredients for the meatball dough. You can prepare the dough in advance, even the night before.
- Fry the patties in butter and toast the burger buns.
- Assemble the meal on a plate.
